Sometimes it is best to live in the memories
of people or places the way they were rather
than seeing and grieving over what they have become.
So, to the people and places I love and have loved;
I will hold fast to you in heart and mind and believe in the
memories. I will not replace them with someone else's
prefabricated, warped images of despair.
I always know that the kingdom of God has a home
for everyone. I know that humanity is currently living
out of context. Good and bad people exist in all
walks of life. In God's world there is no competition.
Resources are available to all instead of being grossly
imbalanced.
The greatest resources of a family, community, city, state,
nation, or in fact the entire world are the people. It is unfortunate
that these are also the resources most likely to be wasted.
Build up the people, and we build up the world.
Tear down or neglect the people, and we tear down the world.
If we love our world, don't we want to make it better?
If we love people, aren't we building a better world?
