You Give Soft Feedback

You're not one to give feedback much, especially when it feels like it may be an intrusion. Any feedback you give is very gentle. You prefer to guide or suggest whenever possible. It is just in your nature to be as compassionate as you can. You only will criticize if there is no other option. Whenever you have the choice, though, you prefer to lead by example. You would rather fix your own life than get involved in someone else's.
