Being glad

Having a fancy car
won't tell the world who you are
It will give false impressions
sometimes attract aggression
without regard to time or space
but it will change your place

You might not be able to reach
all the things you so long to have
but maybe if you look at your feet
you'll find your own life's not so bad
and you won't try to be what you're not
and be glad for what you've got
